Privacy Policy
Axia Growth LLC. Effective: March 31, 2026 · Last Updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Axia Growth LLC (“Axia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our services and our website at southvalleyadvisors.com. This policy applies to all Axia service tiers and covers two categories of individuals: our clients (the companies that engage us) and prospects (business contacts we reach out to on behalf of our clients).
Axia is a B2B outbound deal sourcing agency. We do not market to or collect data from consumers. All data we process relates to business contacts in a professional capacity.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information About Clients
When you engage Axia as a client, we collect:
- Contact and company information. Name, email address, phone number, company name, title, and business address.
- Payment information. Payment details processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials on our systems. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Onboarding information. Responses to intake forms, acquisition criteria (ideal customer profile, geography, industry, revenue range), calendar availability, and information provided during onboarding calls.
- Campaign performance data. Metrics related to the campaigns we run on your behalf, including appointment counts, email performance statistics, and call outcomes.
1.2 Information About Prospects
In the course of delivering our services, we collect and process business contact information about prospects, meaning the individuals we reach out to on behalf of our clients. This includes:
- Business contact details. Name, business email address, business phone number, company name, job title, and LinkedIn profile URL.
- Company information. Industry, estimated revenue range, employee count, and business location.
- Engagement data. Email opens, clicks, and replies (tracked through our email delivery platform). Call disposition, duration, and outcome (tracked through our dialer platform). AI-classified reply categories.
1.3 Sources of Prospect Data
We source prospect data from:
- Proprietary data sourcing. We use a combination of tools and methods including Google Maps business data, AI-powered research and enrichment (Perplexity AI, Exa Research, FullEnrich), and public business records.
- Purchased databases. Commercial B2B data providers.
- Email verification services. We verify email addresses using MillionVerifier and BounceBan to ensure deliverability and reduce bounced messages.
- Public sources. Publicly available business directories, websites, regulatory filings, and professional networking platforms.
All prospect data relates to individuals in their professional business capacity. We do not source or use personal consumer data.
1.4 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit southvalleyadvisors.com, we may collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data to improve our website and understand how visitors interact with our content.
1.5 Information From the Free Business Valuation Tool
If you use our free Business Valuation Tool at southvalleyadvisors.com/owners/valuation, we collect:
- Contact information. First name and email address, collected to deliver your result and to follow up with you.
- Business information you provide. State, industry, revenue, seller's discretionary earnings (SDE), growth trends, and whether the business owns its real estate.
- Intent information. Your stated timeframe and intent for selling the business, if you provide it.
- Your computed result. The valuation estimate and an internal lead score we generate from your inputs.
- Your acknowledgment. That you confirmed the result is an indicative estimate only, when you did so, and the version of the Valuation Tool Terms it referred to.
- Technical and usage data. A session identifier, your IP address (used for rate-limiting to prevent abuse), browser user agent, referring URL, and UTM campaign parameters. We also use PostHog to record product analytics and session replay (how you interact with the Tool's screens) to improve the Tool.
- Scheduling information. If you choose to book a call through the Tool, your selected time and related booking details, processed through Cal.com.
Your valuation result is also accessible via a unique, unguessable link that you can share with others (see Section 11 of the Business Valuation Tool Terms of Use for how that link works).
1.6 How We Identify Website Visitors
When you visit this site we use a tracking script, cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit — your IP address, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and your approximate location. We pass that information to our visitor-identification provider, which compares it against its own database of business contact records.
Where it finds a match we receive personal information about you that you did not give us directly: usually your name, work email address, employer, job title and professional profile links. We use it to contact you about our products and services, and we store it in our sales and marketing systems.
Under some privacy laws this counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, or as targeted advertising. You can stop it at any time:
- Opt out of this sale, sharing or targeted advertising: mike@southvalleyadvisors.com
- Ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold about you: mike@southvalleyadvisors.com

Some outbound communications sent on behalf of our clients may be drafted or personalized with the assistance of AI tools. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Client data sharing: We share prospect data, appointment details, and campaign results with the specific client whose campaign generated that data. We do not share one client's campaign data with another client.
SMS opt-in data: All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your phone number and SMS opt-in or consent status with vendors that help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform provider and phone carriers, solely to provide that service.
Business Valuation Tool submissions: Submissions to the Business Valuation Tool are stored by Axia and may be entered into Axia's internal CRM so that our team can follow up with you. We do not sell your Business Valuation Tool submission to unaffiliated third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Client data. We retain client account and campaign data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months after termination. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Prospect data. Prospect contact information and engagement data are retained for the lifecycle of the campaign in which they were sourced. After campaign completion, prospect data may be retained in our systems for use in future campaigns unless a deletion request is received.
- Business Valuation Tool data. Submissions to the Business Valuation Tool (contact information, business inputs, and computed results) are retained indefinitely so we can follow up with you and improve the Tool, unless you request deletion.
- Deletion requests. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address in Section 10. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data in our systems. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our cold calling operations are conducted through trained SDR teams using the ReadyMode dialer platform. We target business contacts in their professional capacity for B2B purposes. Our compliance practices include:
- Maintaining and honoring an internal company-specific Do-Not-Call list
- Scrubbing call lists against the National Do-Not-Call Registry
- Complying with applicable federal and state telemarketing regulations, including state-specific registration requirements
- Transmitting accurate caller ID information on all outbound calls

If you receive a call from us or on behalf of one of our clients and wish to be added to our Do-Not-Call list, inform the caller or contact us at the address in Section 10.
8. SMS / Text Messaging
Axia Growth sends SMS / text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in to receive messages from us, by submitting our dedicated opt-in form at southvalleyadvisors.com/text-updates or our qualification form at southvalleyadvisors.com/get-started. On each form, SMS consent is given only by checking a separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, with the full disclosure shown next to it; either form can be submitted without opting in. Checking that box constitutes express consent to receive SMS messages from Axia Growth LLC for the purposes described below. We do not share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
8.1 Types of Messages
We send the following categories of SMS messages to consenting recipients:
- Scheduling and reminders. Confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling messages for consultation and discovery calls.
- Conversational follow-up. One-to-one follow-ups from a member of the Axia team in response to a form submission or a prior conversation.
- Account and service notifications. Operational messages related to the services we deliver to active clients.
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS to recipients who have not affirmatively opted in for that purpose.
8.2 Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the conversation and the stage of engagement. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Axia Growth does not charge a fee for the messages themselves. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8.3 Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 10. We honor opt-out requests immediately upon receipt.
8.4 Data Use
Phone numbers, opt-in records, opt-out records, and SMS message content are used solely to deliver the messaging service described above and to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations. This information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to know. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing. We provide prospect data to our clients in connection with our deal sourcing services. Under the CCPA's broad definition, this may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You have the right to opt out of this activity. To opt out, contact us using the information in Section 10 or visit the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on southvalleyadvisors.com.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

11. Mandate Scoping ChatGPT App Data Collection
This section describes an additional, separate category of data collection specific to the Mandate Scoping app available inside ChatGPT. It applies in addition to, not instead of, the other sections above, which continue to govern information you provide through southvalleyadvisors.com.
The Mandate Scoping tool answers questions about an acquisition buy box (industry, geography, EBITDA or revenue range, and optional owner-profile preferences) by returning a rough, public-data business-count estimate and a list of relevant data-source families. As of this writing, the tool does not log, store, or retain any of the buy-box details you provide, and does not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, OpenAI account identifier, or device identifier. It performs a stateless, read-only lookup against public government data (U.S. Census Bureau) for each request and returns a result without saving it.
If this changes in a future version of the tool — for example, to log submissions for product-quality purposes or to support a “book a consultation” handoff that requires contact information — we will update this section before that change ships to describe what is collected, why, how long it is retained, and what choices you have, consistent with the rest of this Privacy Policy.
The tool never exposes proprietary contact lists, company names, or records from Axia's own sourcing data — only public business-count estimates and descriptions of the data-source categories Axia would use for a given mandate.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. Our Role Under Privacy Laws
Axia Growth operates in a dual capacity with respect to the data we process:
- As a business (under CCPA/CPRA terminology): For prospect data that Axia independently sources through our own research, enrichment tools, and data providers. In this capacity, Axia determines the purposes and means of processing and bears direct privacy obligations to the individuals whose data we process.
- As a service provider (under CCPA/CPRA terminology): For data provided to us by our clients for the purpose of executing campaigns on their behalf. In this capacity, we process data strictly according to our clients' instructions and the terms of our service agreements.
Axia Growth is registered as a data broker in applicable states where required by law.
14. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
