Terms of Service
Axia Growth LLC. Effective: October 3, 2026 · Last Updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at southvalleyadvisors.com and its content, tools, and features (the “Site”), operated by Axia Growth LLC (“Axia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Scope: The Site, Not Any Client Engagement
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not constitute, and are not part of, any agreement for services between Axia and a client. If Axia provides business development, deal-origination, or any other services to you or your company, that engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by you and Axia. If anything on the Site, including these Terms, conflicts with the terms of your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
No client, advisory, agency, fiduciary, or other special relationship is formed between you and Axia merely by browsing the Site, submitting a form, requesting a call, or using any tool on the Site. A relationship of that kind arises only once both parties sign a separate written agreement.
2. Informational Content Only
The Site, including any articles, guides, tools, calculators, and other content, is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or finance any business or security. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making any business, financial, tax, or legal decision.
3. Regulatory Disclosure
Axia's regulatory status and the limits of its role are described in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
4. User Submissions and Communications
If you submit information to the Site, such as through a contact form, intake form, or valuation tool, you represent that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate. By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Axia, including by phone, email, and text message, as described in our Privacy Policy, which also describes how we collect, use, and retain information submitted through the Site.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site; submit automated or bulk requests to the Site; attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security or access control on the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Axia may rate-limit, block, or revoke access for any user or IP address it reasonably believes is abusing the Site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Axia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without Axia's prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that Axia does not control. Axia is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, all of which Axia disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law. Axia does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is current or correct.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axia and its members, managers, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Axia's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit or modify any liability arising under a separate signed client agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axia and the persons listed in Section 9 from any claim by a third party arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions to the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for breaches of intellectual property rights, and either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. All disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
12. Changes to These Terms
Axia may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. Failure by Axia to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Valuation Tool
If you use our free Business Valuation Tool, additional terms specific to that tool apply: see our Terms of Use: Business Valuation Tool.
